LIFE OBJECTIVE

The objective of my life is to provide support to young entrepreneurs by addressing their business challenges with proper information, guidelines and value added services. My ultimate goal is to help them to stay on track and to grow with their business. My focus at Xpress In Town Ltd. is not on growing the number of merchants, but on serving and supporting my existing merchants to help them succeed in their business by providing services like product sourcing, warehousing, marketing, excellent courier delivery etc.

  • Established XIT as a trusted delivery provider with 300+ merchants in just over 1year.
  • Joined Provati Courier Limited as a founding employee and left the company with a systematic nationwide smooth operations process and 1000+ merchants.
  • Cleared the 3years back locks on statutory financial reporting, tax, and other regulatory filings with the help of the team at MARS Solutions Limited.
  • Turned NRB Express into a saleable company and reduced the loss to 40% which was about to shutdown with 100% loss.
  • Constructed the Finance & HR department at Bikroy.com.
  • Awarded as "Best Employee of the Year" multiple times.
  • Honored as Keynote Speaker at multiple youth training events.
  • Awarded by multiple youth development forums for contribution in their development.
